Είναι επικίνδυνο το χειρουργείο για αλλοιωμένο λοβωτό ινομύωμα μήτρας;
Γειά σας! Είμαι 38 χρονών και πριν 6 μήνες έχω ανακαλύψει σε γυναικολογικό έλεγχο ρουτίνας ένα λοβωτό (σχήμα) ινομύωμα μεγέθους 4 cm X 3.5 cm στο πάνω μέρος της μήτρας. Δεν είναι κοντά στο ενδομήτριο από ότι μου είπε ο γιατρός είναι στο μυϊκό πάνω τμήμα της μήτρας και δείχνει αλλοιωμένο. Δεν μου προκαλεί ιδιαίτερα συμπτώματα... Έχω κάνει υπέρηχο λόγω του ότι θέλω να κάνω ακόμα ένα δεύτερο παιδί και ήθελα να ξέρω κατά πόσο θα επηρεάσει μια μελλοντική εγκυμοσύνη. Ο υπέρηχος έδειξε λοβωτό αλλοιωμένο ινομύωμα με λίγη αγγείωση. Η απόφαση της γιατρού είναι να αφαιρεθεί με ανοιχτό χειρουργείο λόγω της αλλοίωσης του.... Θα προχωρήσω στο χειρουργείο όπως μου εισηγήθηκε ο γιατρός. Εσείς τι πιστεύετε? Και ένα ινομύωμα γιατί έχει υποστεί αλλοίωση? Είναι επικίνδυνο το χειρουργείο γιατί με αγχώνει η διαδικασία...

Καλησπερα, καλό θα ήταν να το αφαιρέσετε λαπαροσκοπικα καθώς το μέγεθος και η θέση του έχουν ένδειξη για τέτοια επέμβαση και η ανάρρωση θα είναι γρηγορότερη για εσάς.
