Ζάλη και βάρος στα μάτια μετά από θεραπεία πυελονεφρίτιδας: αιτίες;

Καλησπέρα, μετά από θεραπεία για πυελονεφρίτιδα με 6 ενέσεις briklin και 2 κουτιά zinadol 500, έχω ζάλη και βάρος νιώθω (κάποιες ώρες μέσα στην ημέρα) μέσα στα μάτια και βάρος, ή όταν γυρίζω δεξιά ή αριστερά. Δεν έχω αστάθεια. Τι μπορεί να είναι ? Πού πρέπει να απευθυνθώ?
