Dear specialist, I would like to ask about my symptoms. For about a week now, I have been experiencing pain in my cervical spine. In addition, I feel quite dizzy, have a “brain fog” sensation. I also notice some instability while walking and sometimes tingling in my hands. I already visited a physiotherapist, but my medical condition is not better I had a similar issue about 2 months ago, but the MRI of my cervical spine came back normal. Now the symptoms have returned. Could you please advise what this might be or what I should do next? Thank you.
as you prescribe it might be cervical vertigo which passes with painkillers and muscle relaxant pills. If it is benign positional vertigo you should visit ENT to make the manouvres for vertigo
