Τι σημαίνουν οι παχυβλεννογονιτιδικές αλλοιώσεις στους παραρρίνιους κόλπους;
Καλησπέρα, είμαι 20 χρονών κ εδώ και περίπου ένα μήνα αισθάνομαι μια περίεργη ζάλη. Έκανα αιματολογικές ήταν καλές, εξετάστηκα κλινικά από ωρλ οφθαλμίατρο και ορθοπεδικό. Εντοπίστηκε μετά από ακτινογραφία αυχένα ευθειασμος ΑΜΣΣ και παράλληλα πολύ σφιχτοί μύες γύρω από τον αυχένα. Έκανα και μαγνητική εγκεφάλου για αποκλεισμό όλων των ενδεχόμενων ώστε να εστιάσω στον αυχένα. Η μαγνητική είχε φυσιολογικά ευρήματα απλά θα ήθελα να μου διευκρινίσετε τι σημαίνει η παρακάτω πρόταση στα ευρήματα και αν είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό: «χωρίς αξιοσημείωτα παθολογικά ευρήματα των παραρρινιων κόλπων , πλην ήπιων παχυβλεννογονιτιδικών αλλοιώσεων των ηθμοειδών κυψελών και μονηρους κύστης κατακράτησης ενδεικτικής μέγιστης διαμέτρου περί τα 1,2cm στο έδαφος του δεξιού γναθιαιου άντρου.» Ευχαριστώ.
