Τι να κάνω για αιθουσαία ημικρανία με ζάλη και αστάθεια;
Καλησπέρα. Είχα διαγνωστεί με ίλιγγο τον Οκτώβρη του 2024. Πήρα αγωγή μέχρι Ιανουάριο 2025. Η 1η ΩΡΛ που πήγα δεν με εξέτασε πολύ και το απέδωσε σε ίλιγγο θέσης. Αφού μου έδωσε αγωγή για 10 μέρες κ δεν περνούσε, πήγα σε ΩΡΛ με ειδίκευση στον ίλιγγο. Δεν ήταν ίλιγγος θέσης, με αποτέλεσμα αγωγή με betavert μέχρι Ιανουάριο 2025, νευρομπιόν κ μαγνήσιο. Από τότε που με έπιασε δεν είμαι ούτε 1 μέρα καλά. Τον Φλεβάρη μετά από εξέταση της ΩΡΛ σταμάτησα την αγωγή αλλά συνέχισα να έχω μια θολούρα, αιώρηση και αστάθεια. Πήγα κ σε νευρολόγο. Διάγνωση: αιθουσαία ημικρανία. Αγωγή: φλουναριζίνη για 40 μέρες. 40 μέρες μετά λοιπόν κάποιες μέρες είμαι καλύτερα κάποιες άλλες όχι. Τι άλλο να κάνω δεν ξέρω. Κάποιες μέρες έχω περιστροφική ζάλη (2-3 στο μήνα) κ μόνιμα αιώρηση κ αστάθεια. Φωτοφοβία κ πονοκεφάλους. Τέλος εξετάσεις μαγνητική εγκεφάλου λιθοειδών Κ.Φ. Πρέπει να πάω σε άλλη ειδικότητα γιατρού; Τι πρέπει να κάνω;;;
