Ναυτία, πόνος στο στομάχι, ίλιγγος και αστάθεια κατά το βάδισμα: τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας, Τις τελευταίες 10 ημέρες έχω ναυτία, τάση για εμετο πονο στο στομάχι πονοκέφαλο στη βάση του κεφαλιού και σαν να μου κόβονται τα πόδια θέλω να ξαπλώσω.Επίσης χανω για λιγο το βήμα μου γερνω προς τα δεξιά. Οταν ειμαι ξαπλωμένη ηρεμω οταν σηκώνομαι ξεκινάνε όλα.Ειχα πριν 10 μέρες έναν ιλιγγο για μερικά δευτερόλεπτα.Τι πρέπει να κάνω?? Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!!
