Να πάρει αντιβίωση ή κορτιζόνη για απώλεια ακοής μετά από γρίπη;
Καλημέρα σας! Ο γιος μου 24 ετών νόσησε από γρίπη εδώ και δύο μήνες. Ταξίδεψε με αεροπλάνο το επόμενο διάστημα και κάποια στιγμή παρουσίασε αιφνίδια απώλεια ακοής αστάθεια και ίλιγγο. Ο ωριλά του έδωσε κορτιζόνη αλλά στις αιματολογικές μετά από τόσο καιρό φαίνεται να υπάρχει ακόμα κάποια λοίμωξη. Αποκλείσαμε αυτοάνοσα και η μαγνητική λιθοειδών είναι καθαρή. Έχει αργή βελτίωση αλλά έχει περάσει πολύς καιρός. Να πάρει κάποια αντιβίωση ή ξανά κορτιζόνη; Έχω πάει σε δύο ΩΡΛ και σε ένα ρευματολόγο ήδη.
