Μπορεί να γίνει μαγνητική εγκεφάλου χωρίς σκιαγραφικό για ίλιγγο;

Καλησπέρα! Λόγω επεισοδίων ιλίγγου με εμετό μου προτάθηκε να κανω μαγνητική εγκεφάλου με σκιαγραφικό , επειδή πρέπει να κάνω προληπτικα αντιαλλεργικη αγωγή και δεν θα ήθελα είναι μεγάλη η διαφορά στην απεικόνιση να γίνει χωρίς αρχικά χωρις σκιαγραφικό η μαγνητική; Ευχαριστώ πολύ
