Ξαφνική έντονη ζαλάδα και αναγούλα στην εμμηνόπαυση με hashimoto

Καλημέρα, σήμερα ξύπνησα και ξαφνικά έχω φοβερή ζαλάδα, "κουνιέται" εσωτερικά το κεφάλι μου, ιδιαίτερα όταν κοιτάζω/ σκύβω τον αυχένα προς τα κάτω, μαζί με ένα αρκετά έντονο αίσθημα αναγούλας. Έχει κρατήσει πάνω από 3 ώρες. Δεν έχω χτυπήσει το κεφάλι μου ούτε έχει αλλάξει κάτι στον ύπνο μου. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει; Ενημερωτικά Είμαι 53ων, στην εμμηνόπαυση και με hashimoto.
