Vertigo and dizziness

Καλησπέρα σας. Θέλω να ρωτήσω το εξής. Εκτός απο αναιμία και υπόταση δεν έχω άλλο πρόβλημα υγείας. Όλα τα χρόνια είχα ζαλάδες της αναιμίας και όταν ακολουθούσα φαρμακευτική αγωγή μου περνούσαν. Ξαφνικά, φέτος τον Οκτώβριο, μου παρουσιάστηκε ίλιγγος. Τρόμαξα πάρα πολύ και φυσικά αγχώθηκα τρομερά, μην τύχει και το ξαναπάθω. Το έπαθα 2 φορές. Στενοχωριέμαι πάρα πολύ. Ποια άραγε να είναι η αιτία? Έχω βέβαια πιασμένο αυχένα και αισθάνομαι όλη την πλάτη μου να είναι πιασμένη. Μήπως είναι αυχενικό σύνδρομο? Σε ποια ειδικότητα γιατρού να απευθυνθώ? Περιμένω με αγωνία την απάντησή σας! Ευχαριστώ πολύ
