Ζάλη σαν να είμαι σε καράβι για 1 χρόνο, μπορεί να είναι από άγχος;
Καλησπέρα. Έχω 1 χρόνο ζάλη ( σαν να είμαι σε καράβι και κουνιέται). Ξεκίνησε από λίγο την ημέρα και σε λίγες μέρες έφτασε πολύ ζαλάδα και δεν μπορούσα να κάνω παραπάνω από 10 βήματα έξω από το σπίτι. Μετά από 1 μήνα βελτιωθηκα λίγο και μετά ξανά ξεκινούσαν η ζαλάδες οι πολλές . Και τώρα έχω βελτιωθεί αλλά από τότε που ξεκίνησαν οι ζαλάδες δεν υπάρχει ούτε 1 μέρα που να μην έχω ούτε 1. Έχω πάει σε παθολόγος. ΩΡΛ. Για μαγνητική. Για λαβύρινθο. Για νευρολόγο και δεν έχω γίνει πλήρως καλά. Μήπως είναι από το άγχος?
