Είναι σύμπτωμα όγκου η έντονη ζάλη, αδυναμία αριστερού χεριού και ποδιού;

Καλησπέρα. Εδώ κ 6 μήνες είχα έντονη πίεση στο δεξί μέρος του κεφαλιού. Εδώ κ μια εβδομάδα έχω σαν τράβηγμα στα νεύρα του κεφαλιού έντονη ζάλη κ αδυναμία στο αριστερό χέρι κ πόδι με συνέπεια να πηγαίνω προς τα αριστερά. Κ δυσκολία στην ομιλία. Είναι σύμπτωμα για όγκο?
