Έχω υπαισθησία αριστερού λαβυρίνθου ή επιμονή ζάλη-αντίληψης;
Θα ήθελα τη βοήθειά σας. Σε ηλεκτρονυσταγμογράφημα βρέθηκε υπαισθησία αριστερού λαβυρίνθου. Στη διαδικασία με θερμό και κρύο νερό στο αυτί. Σε άλλον ωρυλά στα πλαίσια πάλι διερεύνησης μέσω εξετάσεων με άλλα μηχανήματα, έλεγξε μου είπε όλα τα μέρη του λαβυρίνθου και όχι μόνο αυτό που ελέγχει το ηλεκτρονυσταγμογράφημα και ότι είναι παλιά μέθοδος αυτή με το θερμό, κρύο νερό. Δεν βρέθηκε υπαισθησία λαβυρίνθου με αυτά τα μέσα και διαγνώσθηκα με επιμονή ζάλη-αντίληψης. Δεν ξέρω τι από τα δύο ισχύει. Έχω ή δεν έχω υπαισθησία; Ευχαριστώ.

Καλησπέρα σας, το ηλεκτρονυσταγμογράφημα, όπως και οι άλλες μέθοδοι εξέτασης του λαβυρίνθου είναι αξιόπιστες όταν γίνονται σωστά. Η υπαισθησία σε κάποιον λαβύρινθο ανάλογα με το ποσοστό της μπορεί να είναι φυσιολογική και να μην προκαλεί συμπτώματα, ή παθολογική, οπότε αυτό δείχνει κάποια βλάβη του λαβυρίνθου. Για να το διαπιστώσουμε πρέπει να δούμε την εξέτασή σας. Δεν αποκλείεται να έχουμε επίμονη ζάλη στάσης- αντίληψης και να συνυπάρχει κάποια οργανική βλάβη στο λαβύρινθο με υπαισθησία, αλλά δεν συμβαίνει συχνά. Χρειάζεται εξέταση για να αποκλειστεί κάθε άλλη παθολογία.
