Έντονη ζαλάδα κατά τη χρήση κινητού και ξαφνική ίλιγγος - αιτίες;

Καλησπέρα μετά νιώθω έντονη ζαλάδα όταν κοιτά λίγη ώρα το κινητό η διαβάζω . Επίσης αραιά και που αλλά χωρίς να σταματά με τον χρόνο εκεί που είναι καλά ξαφνικά όλα γυρίζουν γύρο μ για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα και μετά επανέρχομαι .
