Ενοχλητική ζάλη με δυσφορία και βουητό στο αριστερό αυτί, τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας. Εδώ και 3 μέρες έχω ζαλη. Όταν σηκώνομαι,όταν αλλάζω πλευρό στο κρεβάτι.. Είναι κάτι στιγμιαίο μεν,αλλά ενοχλητικό δε. Μου προκαλεί δυσφορία,ανακατωσουρα και μια μόνιμη θολούρα στο κεφάλι και ένα βουητό στο αριστερό αυτί. Τι να κάνω? Να πάω σε ΩΡΛ? Σε παθολόγο?
