Μπορεί ο έντονος πόνος στον αυχένα να προκαλεί κρίσεις ιλίγγου και αστάθεια;

Εδώ και καιρό παθαίνω κρίσεις ιλίγγου που μου αφήνουν αστάθεια για πολύ καιρό!!! Έχω κάνει μαγνητική εγκέφαλου(καθαρή) κ τα αυτια είναι οκ!!! Μπορεί να είναι από τον έντονο πόνο στον αυχένα; Τι άλλο θα μπορούσε να είναι και τι άλλο θα μπορούσα να κάνω;;;;;;
