Πόνος γνάθου μυοσκελετικός; MRI καθαρή, νευραλγία τριδύμου; Τι να κάνω;

Λογω πονου στη γναθου και η διαγνωση ειναι μυοσκελετικο εκανα μποτξ στος μυς αλλα οι πονοι συνεχιζονται .οι μαγνητικες αξονικες ειναι καθαρες .δεν ξερω τι αλλο να κανω υποφερω απο τους πονους .μηπως ειναι νευραλγια τριδυμου ,αλλα η μαγνητικη εγκεφαλου και η αγγειογραφια ειναι καθαρες .αισθανομαι μεσα στο μαγουλο μου κατι να κινειται και ωρες ωρες να μς τσιμπαει αυτο συμβαινει ενα χρονο
