Πόνος δεξιού μηρού μετά τσιμπήματα με δισκοπάθεια L04-L05 και παρεσθητική μηραλγία χωρίς βελτίωση με

Μετά από τσιμπήματα και κάψιμο στο μηρό του δεξιού ποδιού έκανε μαγνητική και έδειξε δισκοπάθεια L04 και L05 στην αριστερή πλευρά ενώ έχω πόνο στον δεξιό μηρό που είπαν δεν χρειάζεται χειρουργείο γιατί είναι απλός εκφυλισμός. Έκανα φυσικοθεραπείες και φαρμακευτική αγωγή αλλά ο πόνος εξακολουθεί. Κάποιος άλλος γιατρός μου είπε για παρεσθητική μηραλγία γιατί τα τσιμπήματα και το κάψιμο είναι στο πλάι και στο μπροστινό μέρος του δεξιού μηρού πάνω από το γόνατο και ο πόνος δε πάει κάτω από το γόνατο. Έχω κάποια κιλά παραπάνω. Γι' αυτό ξεκίνησα διατροφή και κολύμβηση με κάποιες ειδικές ασκήσεις που μου έχει υποδείξει ο γιατρός. Κοντεύω ένα μήνα άσκησης αλλά δεν έχω δει κάποια βελτίωση ποια είναι η δική σας γνώμη και εμπειρία.
