Μούδιασμα αριστερού χείλους και μάγουλου για 3 μέρες χωρίς άλλα συμπτώματα

έχω μουδιασμένο το αριστερό κάτω χείλος και κάποιες φορές και το μάγουλο εδώ και 3 μέρες και δεν υποχωρεί. Δεν έχω άλλα συμπτώματα. Ξάπλωνα με τα χέρια στο γραφείο και πίεζα το πρόσωπο πριν 4 μέρες. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει και δεν υποχωρεί το μούδιασμα;
