Καθημερινά μουδιάσματα στα άκρα: Ποιες εξετάσεις να κάνω;

Γεια σας, έχω κάνει εγκεφαλογράφημα και είναι καθαρό, γιατί όμως υποφέρω από καθημερινά μουδιάσματα στα άκρα, : πατούσες, παλάμες, χείλη και κεφάλι Δηλ αν κάνω μια κίνηση, πχ πάω να σηκωθώ κ ξανά καθίσω μουδιάζω χέρια πόδια/ πατούσες....αυτό μου συμβαίνει πέρα των 6 μηνών. Ποιες εξετάσεις πιστεύετε ότι πρέπει να υποβληθώ.. Επίσης υπάρχει πιθανότητα να έχω έλλειψη Β12. Ευχαριστώ πολύ! Πιστεύετε ότι έχω έλλειψη της Β12;
