Υποψία POTS μετά από Covid, λιποθυμία, ορθοστατική υπόταση, 21 ετών
Καλησπέρα, είμαι 21 ετών και υποψιάζομαι ότι έχω POTS. Κόλλησα Covid το 2021 και το 2022 αλλά τα συμπτώματα μου δεν είχαν εμφανιστεί μέχρι το 2024 που ξεκίνησαν με έναν λιποθυμικό επεισόδιο σε κέντρο διασκέδασης χωρίς να έχω καταναλώσει αλκοόλ και συνέχισαν με ορθοστατική υπόταση, δυσανεξία στη ζέστη, εύκολη κόπωση και έντονη επιθυμία για αλατισμένα τρόφιμα. Έχω επισκεφτεί καρδιολόγους αλλά οι εξετάσεις ήταν καθαρές, ομοίως και οι αιματολογικές. Οφείλω να επισκεφτώ έναν νευρολόγο ή ακόμα και αν το κάνω το μόνο που πιθανόν να πάρω είναι μια διάγνωση και τίποτα παραπάνω;

Η διάγνωση του Pots έχει κριτήρια , ειδικά πρωτόκολλα κ φυσιολογικές όπως σ' εσάς εκ πρώτης οψεως εξετάσεις .
Άρα λοιπόν η διάγνωση θα βασιστεί στην σωστή ανίχνευση των λεπτομερειών που το συνιστούν και γνωρίζει ο ιατρός κι όχι μόνο στις φυσιολογικές εξετάσεις.
