Μπορεί το παθολογικό εγκεφαλογράφημα με επιληπτόμορφα κύματα να δείχνει επιληψία;
Καλη σας ημερα! Αντιμετώπιζα εντονες κεφαλαγιες και μουδιασματα στο κεφαλι ετσι ο γιατρός μου ζητησε μαγνητική με σκιαγραφικό και ηλεκτροεγκεφαλογραφημα. Η μαννητική δεν εδειξε το παραμικρό εύρημα ενω το εγκεφαλογράφημα έλεγε διαγραμμα εκγρηγορσης παθολογικό λόγω βραδέων και επιληπτόμορφων κυμάτων μετωποκροταφικά αμφω με επικρατηση αριστερα. Θα δοθούν στο νευρολόγο οι εξετασεις ωστόσο μπορελι αυτη η ενδειξη να ειναι ενδειξη επιληψίας?

Το ηλεκτροεγκεφαλογράφημα είνα μια συμπληρωματική εξέταση, που επιβεβαιώνει και δεν αποκλείει,μόνο όταν έχουμε συμβατή κλινική εικόνα. Ένα μικρό ποσοστό των υγιών ανθρώπων έχει ευρήματα επιληπτόμορφα στο ηλεκτροεγκεφαλογράφημα, χωρίς να κάνει κρίσεις.
