Είναι σοβαρή η αδρή αποτιτάνωση στη διημισφαιρική γραμμή μετωπιαία;
Καλησπέρα είχα κάνει μια αξονικη στο κεφάλι και η διάγνωση έλεγε Σημαντικής έκτασης αδρη αποτιτανωση ελέγχεται στη διημισφαιρικη γραμμή μετωπιαια είναι κάτι σοβαρό?μήπως χρειάζεται να κάνω και μαγνητικη?

Καλησπέρα! Στην ιατρική ορολογία, η αποτιτανωση είναι σχεδόν ταυτόσημη με την επασβέστωση, δηλαδή την εναπόθεση ασβεστίου σε μια ανατομική δομή. Εν προκειμένω πιθανότατα η αποτιτάνωση αφορά το δρέπανο του εγκεφάλου δηλαδή μια προβολή της σκληράς μήνιγγας μεταξύ των δύο ημισφαιρίων του εγκεφάλου (που υπάρχει δηλαδή εντός της διημισφαιρικής γραμμής), που δεν αποτελεί σπάνιο εύρημα κυρίως σε άτομα μεγάλης ηλικίας και συνήθως δεν έχει κάποια κλινική σημασία. Σε κάθε περίπτωση όμως η εκτίμηση των ευρημάτων μιας απεικονιστικής εξέτασης και ιδίως του εγκεφάλου, θα πρέπει να γίνεται βάση των κλινικών στοιχείων που οδηγούν τον εκάστοτε ιατρό να τη ζητ...ήσει.
