Πρέπει να κάνω επιπλέον εξετάσεις για αυξημένη φερριτίνη, πολύποδα χολής και σπληνομεγαλία;

Καλησπέρα, έχω στίγμα και εδώ και δύο χρόνια έχω αυξημένη φερριτίνη 480-600 περίπου. Τώρα ανέβηκε η τιμή της χοληστερίνης. Ολική 1,20 άμεση 0,50 και έμμεση 0,70. Ο υπέρηχος άνω κοιλίας έδειξε ένα πολύποδα στα τοιχώματα της χολής 0,5 και σπληνομεγαλία 14,1. Επίσης λίπος στο συκώτι. Το δέρμα στο πρόσωπο είναι σχετικά κίτρινο. Πρέπει να κάνω κάποια άλλη εξέταση?
