Χρειάζεται ιδιαίτερη θεραπεία ο ίκτερος σε παιδί με λοιμώδη μονοπυρήνωση;
Καλησπέρα, ο ίκτερος που πιθανόν μπορεί να προκύψει σε παιδί σχολικής ηλικίας το οποίο νοσεί με λοιμώδη μονοπυρήνωση χρειάζεται κάποια ιδιαίτερη θεραπεία;

Αν ο ικτερος εμφανιστηκε επι λοιμωφουε μονοπυρηνωσης , τοτε θα χρειαστει επανεκτιμηση των τιμων των τρανσαμινασων και υης ολικης και αμεσης χολερυθρινης , 15 μερες μετα το τελος της νοσησης , εκτος και αν η κλινκη εικονα του παιδιου προβληματιζει.

Καλημέρα σας, όχι δεν χρειάζεται ιδιαίτερη θεραπεία, απλά παρακολούθηση των τιμών, συνήθως αποδράμει μόνοςτου. Χρειάζεται όμως τακτικό επανέλεγχο των τιμών των ηπατικών ενζύμων και της χολερυθρίνης, βάσει των οδηγιών του παιδιάτρου, μέχρι την πλήρη αποκατάσταση.
