Καλησπέρα σας έκανα μαγνητική τραχήλου και μου βρήκαν κυστικο μωρφομα. Στον εν βαθει λοβο της αριστερής παρωτιδας. Ποια είναι η θεραπεία?

Γενικά, όγκοι της παρωτίδας καλό είναι να διερευνώνται περαιτέρω με πιθανή FNA υπό υπερηχογραφικό έλεγχο. Βέβαια, το ότι είναι στον εν τω βάθει λοβό, ακόμη και αυτό μπορεί να είναι τεχνικά δύσκολο. Επίσης, το να αφαιρεθεί όγκος της παρωτίδας από τον εν τω βάθει λοβό μπορεί να έχει κινδύνους επιπλοκών που πρέπει να συζητηθούν πριν από την απόφαση για χειρουργική παρέμβαση. Πριν συζητηθεί η ενδεδειγμένη προσέγγιση για εσάς, καλύτερα να γίνει περαιτέρω διερεύνηση πρώτα και εξέταση από Χειρουργό κεφαλής και τραχήλου.
