Καλησπέρα. Είναι 4η μέρα όπου έχω οξύ πόνο στο πρόσωπο. Ο πόνος ξεκίνησε την Τετάρτη το βράδυ από τον σβέρκο αυχένα και σε κάθε κίνηση του κεφαλιού μπροστά και πίσω πονούσε το μέτωπο τα ζυγωματικά, η γνάθος και τα ιγμόρια. Επιπλέον έχω ένα επίμονο μπούκωμα 12 ημέρες τώρα για το οποίο κάνω μόνο πλύσεις με ορό λόγω εγκυμοσύνης. Πήγα σε παθολόγο ο οποίος με εξέτασε και δεν βρήκε κάτι σοβαρό. Παρόλα αυτά από χθες με πονάει πολύ το ένα ζυγωματικό το μάτι και η γνάθος. Παίρνω ντεπον το οποίο απλά μαλακώνει λίγο τον πόνο αλλά δεν τον εξαφανίζει.

Υπάρχει πιθανότητα να είναι οξεία παραρρινοκολπίτιδα (π.χ. ιγμορίτιδα). Η διάγνωση γίνεται από ΩΡΛ με ενδοσκόπηση της μύτης και ανεύρεσης πυωδών εκκρίσεων από το στόμιο του ιγμορείου. Η θεραπεία περιλαμβάνει αντίβιοση και αποσυμφόρηση μύτης. Καλό είναι να σας δει ένας ΩΡΛ.
