Είναι απαραίτητη η χρήση αντιβιοτικών για ιγμορίτιδα στην 12η εβδομάδα κύησης;

Καλησπέρα είμαι στην 12η εβδομάδα κύησης και ταλαιπωρούμαι με ιγμορίτιδα περίπου έναν μήνα τώρα . Ο ΩΡΛ μου συνταγογράφησε augmentin (8ωρη) και ένα αποσυμφορητικο μύτης (έπειτα και από καλλιέργεια) Προσωπικά φοβήθηκα να κάνω χρήση της αντιβίωσης και χρησιμοποίησα μόνο το αποσυμφορητικο. Ακόμα όμως με ταλαιπωρεί το μπούκωμα. Θεωρείτε ότι η χρήση αντιβιοτικών είναι αναπόφευκτη σε μία τέτοια περίπτωση;
