Είναι ανησυχητικό το υγρό και οι παχυβλεννογόνες αλλοιώσεις στα ιγμόρεια;
Επανελέγχεται μικρή ποσότητα υγρού, με συνοδές παχυβλεννογόνες αλλοιώσεις, στο αριστερό ιγμόρειο άντρο, το οποίο διατηρεί σημαντικό τμήμα της πνευμάτωσής του. Επανελέγχονται παχυβλεννογόνες αλλοιώσεις και στο δεξιό ιγμόρειο άντρο, το οποίο διατηρεί το μεγαλύτερο τμήμα της πνευμάτωσής του, εύρημα ουσιαστικά αμετάβλητο. Παχυβλεννογόνες αλλοιώσεις επανελέγχονται στις ηθμοειδείς κυψέλες. Οι ηθμοειδείς κυψέλες και στην παρούσα εξέταση, φαίνεται να έχουν απωλέσει το σημαντικότερο τμήμα της πνευμάτωσής τους. Δεν αξιολογούνται οστικές διαβρώσεις. Είναι ανησυχητικό ?
