Τι είναι η έντονη αναπνευστική αρρυθμία στα αποτελέσματα χόλτερ;
Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι αγχώδης γυναίκα ετών 31. Έκανα χόλτερ Ρυθμού καρδιάς και σήμερα πήρα τα αποτελέσματα. Όπως αναφέρει η γιατρός: "Βασικός Ρυθμός φλεβοκομβικος με διακύμανση της ΚΣ από 53 μέχρι 139 π/λ και μέση ΚΣ 78 π/λ, με έντονη αναπνευστική αρρυθμία. Παρατηρήθηκαν εξαιρετικά σπάνιες υπερκοιλιακές έκτακτες συστολές μονήρεις και μόνο 5 συνολικά κοιλιακές έκτακτες συστολές μονήρεις. Δεν παρατηρήθηκαν άλλου τύπου αρρυθμίες. Καταγράφηκαν 47 επεισόδια φλεβοκομβικής ταχυκαρδίας με ΚΣ άνω των 100 π/λ. Κατά τη διάρκεια αναφερόμενου επεισοδίου ζάλης, δεν καταγράφηκε αρρυθμία οποιοδήποτε είδους." Μου πρότεινε 0,5 ζάναξ μαζί με ένα χάπι μείωσης παλμών. Μου είπε να μην ανησυχώ κι ότι είναι όλα καλά. Ήρθα σπίτι και διάβασα όμως το παραπάνω και φοβάμαι πολύ με αυτό που γράφει " έντονη αναπνευστική αρρυθμία". Δεν το είχα δει όσο ήμουν εκεί και τώρα ντρέπομαι να την πάρω ξανά. Τι είναι αυτό; Είναι κάτι επικίνδυνο; Σημαίνει ότι δεν αναπνέω σωστά; Σας ευχαριστώ.
