Είναι ασφαλές το enlift αν έχω χαμηλούς καρδιακούς παλμούς;
Μου έχει γράψει γιατρός το enlift. Αλλά φοβάμαι να το ξεκινήσω (παρόλο που το χρειάζομαι) γιατί έχω χαμηλούς παλμούς σε ηρεμία (47-53 περίπου) και διάβασα ότι αυτό είναι στις αντενδείξεις. Δεν έχω κάποιο παθολογικό πρόβλημα βέβαια με την καρδιά, κάνω όμως έκτακτες λόγω άγχους. Είναι εντάξει να το πάρω ή ρίχνει και άλλο τους παλμούς;
