Υπάρχει πιθανότητα HIV μετά από ύποπτη επαφή και φυσιολογικές εξετάσεις;
Καλησπέρα είχα μια ύποπτη επαφή πριν έναν μήνα χωρίς προφυλακτικό με πρωκτό. Στην αρχή εμφάνιση καύση στην ούρηση και πήρα αντιβίωση και έφυγε. Μετά από μια εβδομάδα αγχώθηκα πολύ και εμφάνισα πόνο στους όρχεις και αφού με ακολουθούσε το έντονο στρεςς δν είχα πυρετό, πνευμονία ή πρησμένος λαιμφαδενες, αλλά καιγόμουν σε όλο μου το σώμα είχα και κνυσμο και ζαλάδα. Εμφάνισα στον πρωκτό χωρις να έχει υπάρξει επαφή εκεί ένα κίτρινο εξάνθημα σαν να έχει πειον δηλαδή και ταυτόχρονα με καίει. έχω προϊστορικό με το άγχος καθώς φοράω μασελακι και με τρώει πολύ το κεφάλι μου. Οι γιατροί δύο ουρολόγοι που πήγα έχω κάνει καλλιέργεια και triple οσχέου και είναι όλα φυσιολογικά. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχω hiv; Ο ψυχολόγος μου είπε ότι είναι πιθανόν αφού οι γιατροί σου απέκλεισαν τα ΣΜΝ να έχω σωματοποίηση του άγχους.

Καλημέρα σας. Για να γνωρίζουμε σίγουρα θα πρέπει να κάνετε έναν ιολογικό έλεγχο με elisa 4η γενιάς, εξέταση για σύφιλη και αν τα συμπτώματα συνεχίζουν καλό είναι να γίνει μοριακός έλεγχος για τις υπόλοιπες ΣΜΛ.
