Χρειάζεται επαναληπτικό τεστ για ηπατίτιδες, hiv, σύφιλη μετά από αρνητικό αρχικό;
Είχα μια τυχαία επαφή(με προφ)και για προληπτικούς λόγους έκανα τεστ για σμν (ηπατίτιδες,hiv,σύφιλη) και ήμουν αρνητικός(0.20 κ 0.15hiv) χρειάζεται η επαναληπτική στους 3 μήνες ή άσκοπη;;;;

Καλησπέρα. Η επανάληψη είναι απαραίτητη. Το σώμα χρειάζεται χρόνο για να παράγει ανιχνεύσιμα επίπεδα αντιγόνων ή αντισωμάτων.
Εφόσον χρησιμοποιήσατε προφύλαξη (η οποία λειτούργησε σωστά, χωρίς θραύση) και τα αποτελέσματά σας είναι ήδη αρνητικά:
Μην πανικοβάλλεστε: Ο κίνδυνος μετάδοσης HIV με χρήση προφυλακτικού είναι πρακτικά πολύ μικρός.
Τυπική επιβεβαίωση: Κάντε μια επανάληψη σε 3 μήνες.
