Καλημέρα σας. Δεν προστατεύει σε καμία περίπτωση ο καθαρισμός της περιοχής από τον κίνδυνο μετάδοσης (αντίθετα σε περίπτωση έντονου καθαρισμού της πρωκτικής περιοχής μπορεί να δημιουργηθούν και μικροτραυματισμοί που αυξάνουν τον κίνδυνο). Καλό θα ήταν να απευθυνθείτε σε μια μονάδα λοιμώξεων για ενημέρωση σχετικά με αγωγή PEP (όσο πιο άμεσα - εντός 72 ωρών).
