Θολή όραση μετά από χτύπημα στο μάτι: Επηρεασμένο οπτικό νεύρο;
Καλησπέρα πριν αρκετό καιρό μου ασκήθηκε πολύ έντονη πίεση στα μάτια τύπου χτύπημα, έχει περάσει σχεδόν ένας χρόνος και νιώθω ότι βλέπω θολά από το ένα μάτι. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχει πειραχθεί κάποιο οπτικό νεύρο; Θα είχε φανεί στην εξέταση oct;

Οχι δεν θα είχε φανεί με το Oct . μπορεί να έχει δημιουργηθεί επίκτητος αστιγματισμός . Διευκρίνηστε ηλικία .

Η βλάβη στο οπτικό νεύρο θα ειχε φανεί με την εξέταση oct.Υπαρχουν και αλλοι λόγοι χαμηλης ορασης οι οποίοι μπορούν να διαγνωστούν με πλήρη οφθαλμολογικό έλεγχο

Αν πειράχτηκε κάτι μπορεί να είναι η ωχρά κηλίδα κι αυτό θα φαινόταν στο oct. Μπορεί η θόλωση όμως να προέρχεται από άλλη αιτία πχ καταρρακτη

Ενδεχομένως αλλά όχι υποχρεωτικά.

Θα φανεί στην εξέταση Oct.Πρέπει για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα να ελέγχετε το οπτικό νεύρο.
