Γυναίκα 95 ετών με γλαύκωμα και καταρράκτη: Είναι ασφαλής η εγχείρηση;
Θα ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω μια γυναίκα 95 χρόνων με γλαύκωμα, και καταρράκτη γίνεται εγχείρηση και η πίεση της είναι ακανόνιστη λόγω ηλικίας

Eφοσον η γενικη της κατασταση το επιτρεπει,γινεται, αυτο που χρειαζεται περισσοτερο για να βλεπει(πχ αν εχει ενα μετριο γλαυκωμα,δεν χρειαζεται να γινει εγχειρηση γι αυτο,αλλα ισως μονο για τον προχωρημενο καταρρακτη.Αυτα σαν γενικες πληροφοριες,οπως καταλαβαινετε σε αυτη την ηλικια η αντιμετωπιση εξατομικευεται με γνωμονα το μεγαλυτερο οφελος του ασθενους.

Εαν ρυθμιστεί η πιεση της τοτε μπορει να χειρουργηθεί

Πρέπει να γίνει έλεγχος σε ιατρείο πρώτα.
Θα σας κατατοπίσει ο γιατρός.

Και ο καταρράκτης γίνεται και η πίεση πέφτει 2-3 βαθμούς λόγω χωροταξικής μεταβολης ( αύξηση)
