Πόνοι στους ώμους και πρήξιμο μετά από σηψαιμία - είναι παρενέργεια φαρμάκων;
Πριν 2 βδομάδες είχα πάθει σηψαιμία και κατά τη νοσηλεία στο νοσοκομείο ξεκίνησα να έχω πόνους στον δεξί ώμο και δε μπορούσα να κουνήσω καθόλου το χέρι. Έκανα ακτινογραφίες, με εξέτασε και ορθοπαιδικός και είπε οτι είναι πιθανή τενοντίτιδα. Αυτό το καιρό ακολούθω την αγωγή που δώσαν οι γιατροί αλλά ταυτόχρονα ξεκίνησε να πονάει και ο αριστερός ώμος και υπάρχει ενα πρήξιμο κάτω από το λαιμό κοντά στο στέρνο. Είναι παρενέργεια των φαρμάκων ή πρεπεί να με επανεξετάσει ειδικός.

Με το ιστορικό που έχετε της σηψαιμίας θα πρέπει να αποκλειστεί πιθανή λοίμωξη της άρθρωσης του ώμου πριν βγει το συμπέρασμα της τενοντίτιδας. Επίσης θα χρειαστεί μαγνητική τομογραφία και αιματολογικοί δείκτες φλεγμονής.
