Πρήξιμο και φουσκάλα σε δάχτυλα 15 μηνών μωρού: θεραπεία και ανησυχίες

Έχω ένα μπεμπάκο 15 μηνών ο οποίος ξαφνικά εμφάνισε στο δάκτυλο του πρήξιμο ερυθρότητα και φουσκάλα σαν να μαζεύει υγρό. Αυτό πήγε και στο άλλο δαχτυλάκι.. μάλλον μοιάζει με σταφυλόκοκκο.. η παιδιάτρος μας έβαλε Augmentin των 250mg 3 φορές την ημέρα, mupirocin και Octenisept.. είναι απύρετος και ευδιάθετος .. αλλά δεν βλέπω καλυτέρευση.. πόσες μέρες πρέπει να περάσουν.. φοβάμαι επειδή τρίβει το προσωπάκι του μην μεταφερθούν κι εκεί οι βλάβες
