Η κόρη μου έχει λοιμώδη μονοπυρήνωση. Τι μέτρα πρέπει να πάρω στο σπίτι να μην κολλήσουμε οι υπόλοιποι και για πόσο καιρό είναι κολλητικός αυτός ο ιός;

Η λοιμώδης μονοπυρήνωση (γνωστή και ως νόσος του φιλιού) μπορεί να είναι μεταδοτική για αρκετό καιρό μετά τη νόσηση και συγκεκριμένα 2-6 εβδομάδες μετά. Για να αποφύγετε τη μετάδοση μη χρησιμοποιείτε κοινά κουτάλια, πιρούνια και ποτήρια νερού, αποφύγετε τα φιλιά στο πρόσωπο και γενικά την επαφή με το σάλιο του παιδιού και κρατήστε το παιδί εκτός σχολείου μέχρι να περάσει ο πυρετός (και αναλόγως των οδηγιών του παιδιάτρου).
