Ποια είναι η καλύτερη μέθοδος επούλωσης επιφανειακής κατάκλισης μετά από εγκεφαλικό;
Γεια σας, ο πατέρας μου έχει κάνει προς το παρόν επιφανειακή κατάκλιση στα οπίσθια, από την πλευρά όπου έχει ημιπληγία μετά από εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο. Μας έχουν προτείνει διάφορα επιθέματα, κρέμες και σπρέι και γενικώς προσπαθούμε να του αλλάζουμε στάση συχνά και να κάνουμε μασάζ ώστε να αιματώνεται η εν λόγω περιοχή. Από τη μία μας έχουν προτείνει να αερίζουμε την πληγή και να χρησιμοποιούμε σπρέι που αφυδατώνει την περιοχή (silben) ενώ αλλού διαβάζω ότι προτείνεται η περιοχή να ενυδατώνεται και να κρατείται κλειστή. Ποια είναι η καλύτερη μέθοδος για την επούλωση τέτοιων κατακλίσεων;
