Μυρμήγκιασμα στο δεξί πόδι και σκληρές γάμπες: Τι άλλο να κάνω;

Όταν κάθομαι αισθάνομαι μυρμήγκιασμα στο δεξί ποδι ως το γόνατο και νιώθω τις γάμπες μου να σκληραίνουν. Μαγνητική δεν εδειξε κήλη παρα, μόνο κυκλοτερης προβολη δίσκου που εφάπτεται στις επερχόμενες 05 ρίζες ίδια δεξιά. Ξεκίνησα φυσιοθεραπεια. Κάτι άλλο που θα, μου προτεινετε;
