Πώς να προστατευθώ από τενοντίτιδες λόγω κινολόνης για επίμονη λοίμωξη;
Λαμβανω κινολόνη λόγω επίμονης λοιμωξης που δεν επιασαν αλλα αντιβιοτικα σχηματα...πως μπορω να προστατευθω απο τις σοβαρες τενοντιτιδες που προξενει?διακοπτω καθε ασκηση(αεροβια, με αντιστασεις) τις 2 εβδομαδες που θα λαμβανω το αντιβιοτικο? Κρατω μονο περπάτημα; ευχαριστω

Ναι, είναι μια πιθανή ανεπιθύμητη ενέργεια, αλλά δε χρειάζεται να αλλάξετε κάτι για να την αποφύγετε.
Δεν είναι υποχρεωτικό να κάνετε τενοντίτιδα επειδή θα λάβετε κινολονες , ούτε είναι καν συχνο
