Καλησπέρα. Σε προληπτικό έλεγχο με υπέρηχο υπάρχει δ.δ διάγνωση είτε μικρής κύστης 8,5μμ είτε απεικόνιση περιφερειακού αδένα στην επιφάνεια του πάγκρέατος. Ακολούθησε CT στο οποίο φάνηκε κύστη 8μμ . Μετά απο ένα μήνα έγινε έλεγχος ΜRΙ/MRCP με σκιαγραφικό κατά τον οποίο το πάγκρεας είναι φυσιολογικό απουσία ευρημάτων και εμφανίζεται κύστη στο ήπαρ. Τελικά ποιά εξέταση είναι αξιόπιστη?Είναι δυνατόν μία κύστη 8μμ να φανεί στον υπέρηχο και όχι στην μαγνητική? Ο ιατρός ζήτησε MRI σε έξι μήνες.
