Καλησπέρα σας..έχω ποικιλοχρους πιτυρίαση στην πλάτη..είχα και πριν από αρκετά χρονια και ο δερματολόγος μου είχε δώσει σαμπουάν και σπρέι oliprox..έχετε κάτι άλλο να προτείνετε?

Η ποικιλόχρους πιτυρίαση, είναι μια μορφή μυκητίασης, η οποία οφείλεται σε έναν μύκητα που συμβιώνει μαζί μας, το pityrosporum ovale, ο οποίος τρέφεται με λιπαρά οξέα του οργανισμού και για αυτό προτιμά το λιπαρό δέρμα....δεν το κολλάμε από κάπου, αλλά τον έχουμε μέσα μας και μόλις πέσει το ανοσοποιητικό μας , μας δημιουργεί αυτό το χαρακτηριστικό εξάνθημα με τις κηλίδες που έχουν διαφορετικά χρώματα, όπως καφέ,λευκό, κόκκινο ενώ αν τριφτούν προκαλούν απολέπιση (σημείο του ροκανιδίου). Χορηγούνται αντιμυκητιασικό σαμπουάν καθώς και τοπικά σκευάσματα όπως αντιμυκητιασικό σπρέυ και αλοιφές, ενώ σε πιό εκτεταμένες μορφές χορηγο...ύνται και αντιμυκητιασικά χάπια. Η νόσος περνάει αλλά έχει την τάση να επανεμφανίζεται, ιδιαίτερα σε άτομα με λιπαρό δέρμα. Με την πάροδο του χρόνου και επειδή όσο μεγαλώνουμε και πέφτουν οι ορμόνες μας η παραγωγή του φυσικού λιπαντικού του δέρματος, δηλαδή του σμήγματος μειώνεται αραιώνουν και τα επεισόδια ποικιλόχρους πιτυρίασης και στο τέλος σταματούν.
