Η πάρεση απαγωγού εμφανίζεται μόνο με διπλωπία προς το πλάι και αριστερά;

Καλησπέρα. Έχεις κοντά στον 1 χρόνο που κάτω στην περιοχή έχω πρήξιμο. Έχω πάει σε δυο διαφορετικούς γυναικολόγους. Ο πρώτος είχε βρει ουρεοπλασμα και είχα κάνει θεραπεία αλλά δεν είχε να κάνει με αυτό και ο δεύτερος δεν βρήκε τίποτα. Και με τους δυο έκανα όλες τις απαραίτητες εξαιτασεις για να δούμε τι μπορεί να με ενοχλει. Δεν βρήκε κανεις τίποτα. Πρήζονται τα κάτω χείλη σχεδόν καθημερινά. Προσπάθησα να βρω μια ισορροπία με προβιοτικά που είναι κατάλληλα για την ευαισθητη περιοχή. Μπορεί για μια μέρα που και που να ηρεμει αλλά δεν βοηθάει πραγματικά. Δεν μπορώ να βρω λύση και τι μπορεί να είναι αυτό αφού δεν είναι κάποιο είδος κολπίτιδας ή κάτι άλλο που δεν βρήκαν οι γιατροί.

Hello, I am a 33 year old, Male about 5/6 months ago I started to go to urinate more frequently at night, sometimes have difficulty starting to urinate, before going to bed I feel like I need to pee more, like my bladder is not empty. I also have foamy urine. I did some bloodwork to check on my kidneys and everything is okay. Can this be my prostate ? What do you recommend doing ? Thanks in advance :)
