Πρόβλημα με ξηρότητα γλώσσας, λαιμού και χειλιών για 2 μήνες - Τι να κάνω;

Καλημέρα έχω ένα πρόβλημα εδώ και 2 μήνες με ξηροτητα γλωσσας και αισθημα καυσου και ξηροτητα λαιμού και χειλιών.Επισκεφθηκα 3 ωρυλα ένα στοματολογο και ένα παθολογο.Δεν μπορούν να εντοπίσουν κάτι και ούτε να με βοηθήσουν με κάποιο φαρμακο.Μπορειτε να μου προτείνετε κάτι??Ευχαριστώ
