Πόσο σοβαρές είναι οι κύστες και το μικροαδένωμα στην υπόφυση από μαγνητική τομογραφία;
Έχω κάνει πρόσφατα μαγνητική τομογραφία εγκεφάλου και υποφυσης μετά από σύσταση νευρολόγου καθως είχα έντονους πονοκεφάλους, αστάθεια, τρέμουλο και ανεξέλεγκτο άγχος. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν τα εξής: 1. Συνοδό εύρημα κύστεων εκ κατακράτησης μέγιστης διαμέτρου έως 11 mm εντός της αδενοειδούς εκβλάστησης του ρινοφάρυγγα. Και 2.Οζώδης αλλοίωση (4 mm) εντός του αδένα της υπόφυσης με χαρακτηριστικά πιθανού μικροαδενώματος. Θέλω να ρωτήσω αν θεραπεύονται και πόσο σοβαρά είναι? Είμαι σε αναμονή για ραντεβού με τον νευρολογο και ενδοκρινολόγο. Χρειάζεται να επισκεφθώ και ορλ?
