Ανατριχίλες σώματος πριν τον ύπνο με άγχος: Νευρολογική αιτία;
καλησπερα...εδω κ 1-2 χρονια, νιωθω ανατριχιλες σε διαφορα σημεια του σωματος(απο το κεφαλι μεχρι κ στα ποδια)δεν νιωθω ουτε μυρμηγιασματα, ουτε σαν καρφιτσες, ουτε μουδιασμα σε αυτα τα σημεια και τις νιωθω πιο εντονα οταν ξαπλωνω κ ξεκιναει να με παιρνει ο υπνος..Η διαρκεια τους ειναι μικρη(στιγμιαια θα ελεγα σαν κυμα π ερχεται κ φευγει)αλλα εχει τυχει να κρατησει κ 5-6 δευτερολεπτα(πχ οταν με πιανει στο χερι,βλεπω οτι σηκωνεται η τριχα). Μερικες φορες ειναι τοσο ενοχλητικες που δν με αφηνει να κοιμηθω.Να σημειωσω οτι εχω διαγνωστει με αγχωδη διαταραχη κ παιρνω φαρμακευτικη αγωγη..Μπορει να ειναι κατι νευρολογικο?
