Θεραπεία χαμηλόβαθμης δυσπλασίας επιθηλίου και επιπτώσεις καφέ

Πώς θεραπεύεται η χαμηλόβαθμη δυσπλασια του επιθηλίου?εγώ παίρνω 2 nexium την ημέρα τι άλλο πρέπει να κάνω είναι σίγουρο ότι θα πάθω καρκίνο?επίσης λέει μέσα η βιοψία ότι έχω χρόνια ατροφική γαστρίτιδα και κάτι τελευταίο πίνω έναν ελληνικό καφέ το πρωί επιβαρύνει την κατάσταση?πρέπει να τον κόψω τελείως?

    Όσο για την δυσπλασία η κατάσταση είναι πολύπλοκη, όπως και η αντιμετώπιση της, για να σας την εξηγήσω σε λίγες γραμμές. Σίγουρα μπορεί να εξελιχθεί σε καρκίνο χωρίς όμως να είναι απόλυτο.

    Η χαμηλόβαθμη δυσπλασία όταν αφορά ορατή βλάβη αφαιρείται ενδοσκοπικά κ όταν αφορά μη ορατή θερμοκαυτηριαζεται με ablation αν μιλάμε για εντοπιση στον οισοφάγο.
    Η χρονια ατροφική γαστρίτιδα δεν είναι κάτι το ανησυχητικό και χρήζει απλής ενδοσκοπικής παρακολούθησης.
    Ο καφές που πίνεται το πρωί δεν έχει καμία σχέση ούτε με την δυσπλασία ούτε με την γαστρίτιδα.
