Πολύποδας στο έντερο: Πότε πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί για να αποφευχθεί κακοήθεια;

Καλησπέρα σας.. Πήγα στον γιατρό και μου βρήκε στο έντερο μου χαμηλά έναν πολύποδα.. Μου είπε πως είναι μικρός και μην ανησυχώ να πάω να τον βγάλω σε έναν χρόνο.. Υπάρχει κάποιο ενδεχόμενο να εξελιχθεί σε κακοήθης και να πρέπει να το βγάλω νωρίτερα;;
